Foreclosure--improved lot
This is a nice parcel of land close to St. Augustine and its commercial areas. The property has been improved and at one time was lived in. Our experience in working with distressed properties and their owners' situations enabled us to purchase this property in a fair and reasonable way that could still show a fair profit when it eventually sells. The mobile home is not livable, but because we also can have a new home built there for the buyer. The property is fully fenced in, and has a current survey available.
