Auction Method of Marketing Real Estate

In 1991 I decided to attend the Missouri Auction School and it proved to be a great decision. A friend Frances Oloughlin and i drove from Saint Augustine to Kansas City and spent two weeks taking this wonderful course. Currently My Real Estate Company HOMESTAR PACETTI REALTY NETWORK specializes in Marketing Real Estate using our exciting creation which we named "AUCTION OF THE WEEK" Each wednesday we open all of the sealed bids that we receive for the week. Suzanne Pacetti Busbee, Realtor/Broker is our resident expert in "SHORT SALES AND REO PROPERTIES. After she lists the properties we immediately swing into our marketing action of AUCTION OPEN HOUSES. We are generating tons of  CUSTOMERS and have increased our sales tremendously--allowing us to sell more of our listings IN HOUSE doubling the COMPANY AND AGENT COMMISSIONS. The system guarantees us  steady traffic with a minimum expense as the owners of the homes are not going to ralize any cash from the sale and have little interest or ability to spend promotion money. We expect to have a least 100 open houses per week with a very small staff.....
