I "SHOUDA " bought at least one lot. And now that the value of the same lot is in excess of $1,000,000.00 I am kicking my self and wishing I "WOUDA" because now I would be Millionaire from just One Investment---You see I am a member of the "COUDA SHOUDA WOUDA Club and when I think of all of the times I had opportunities that I did not take advantage of I certainly am having many second thoughts. Now is the best time in many years to take advantage of the distressed real estate market--foreclosures-tax deeds- short sales-auctions and Reo properties literally buying properties at 1990 prices--these opp. don't come often-so we must take action.
